Potatoes 1 kg

Onion 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 sprig

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Prepare the necessary products: premium flour TM "Aleika" from the generous fields of Altai, natural unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika", salt and pepper. Peel potatoes and onions.

Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan, add water and cook.

Cook until tender for 12-15 minutes.

Place the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Mash with a crush in mashed potatoes. Cool slightly.

Add ¼ teaspoons of salt, pepper and TM "Aleika" flour.

Knead the potato dough. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Roll up the flagella from the dough and cut into pieces.

Boil lazy dumplings in salted boiling water, add bay leaf and peppercorns to taste.

Heat the natural unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion.

Place the dumplings in deep bowls.

Season with fried onions, butter and finely chopped dill.
