Flounder in the oven with potatoes is perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

Flounder 3 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Olive oil 5 tbsp l.

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse and clean the fish. Remove the head and entrails. Rinse well.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces, put in a bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the potatoes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and stir.

Season the fish with salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Leave the flounder for 10-15 minutes.

Put the potatoes and onions on a baking sheet.

Lay the fish skin down on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the finished dish slightly.

Put potatoes on a dish, fish on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Flounder in the oven with potatoes is ready.
