Minced meat cutlets with bread and milk

Using this recipe, you can easily and simply cook tender and juicy minced meat patties with bread and milk.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced pork 500 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 150 ml

Water 120 ml

White bread or loaf 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Put 500 g of minced meat in a deep bowl.

Pour 150 ml of milk into a bowl and cut 100 g of white bread.

Soak pieces of bread in milk for 3-4 minutes.

Peel and chop the onion.

Grind the onion and bread in a meat grinder or blender and add to the minced meat in a bowl.

Add ground black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the minced meat for the cutlets.

Form patties.

Heat 3 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the cutlets in turn on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Place all patties in a skillet and add 120 ml of water. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Minced meat cutlets with bread and milk are ready. Put on a dish, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
