Minced meat and rice casserole in the oven

A casserole with minced meat and rice in the oven is a delicate, tasty dish that can be prepared for the whole family or dear guests.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Rinse and place in a saucepan.

Pour 600 ml of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cook.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and evaporate the water to make the rice gooey.

Prepare 300 grams of minced meat.

Put the minced meat and mash with a fork, fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped onions.

Add diced carrots.

Add the diced bell pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Stir, salt and pepper the filling to taste.

Lay out half of the boiled rice and smooth to form.

Add a layer of minced meat with vegetables.

Add the second portion of the rice and flatten.

Brush with 2 tablespoons of sour cream on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Casserole with minced meat and rice in the oven. Cool the prepared casserole a little, cut into portions and serve.
