Rice with corn

Rice with corn is a simple dish for a lean table and those on a diet. Can be prepared as a main course or as a side dish.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Rice 50 g

Canned corn 50 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the rice until tender and rinse well, put it on a sieve.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots, cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat.

Add rice.

Add canned corn and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and stir.

Put on a dish.

Our corn rice is ready. Can be served at the table.
