French fried eggs

Red onion (small) 1 pc

Tomatoes (medium) 1 pc

Slice of loaf or bread 2 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Cheese 30 g

Vegetable oil for frying

Green onion (feather) 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Finely chop the onion, cut the loaf into cubes.

Cut the tomato into cubes.

Grate the cheese.

Fry the onion, add the loaf.

When the bread has a golden crust, add finely chopped tomatoes and salt.

Fry for about 2-3 minutes. Pour in an egg, pepper, salt, and sprinkle with cheese.
