Pizza with tomatoes

Water 125 ml

Wheat flour 200 g

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp

Fast-acting dry yeast 1 tsp.

Sugar (sand) 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup (for filling) 2 tbsp. l.

Tomatoes (for filling) 1 pc

Basil (for filling) 1 tsp

Semi-hard cheese (for filling) 50 g

Hard cheese (for filling) 50 g


Dissolve yeast in a bowl of warm water. Add sugar.

Sift flour into another bowl and add salt.

Knead the dough with a fork.

Then knead with your hands for 5-10 minutes.

Add olive oil and knead the dough again for 10-15 minutes.

Rest and rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Remove one part in reserve. Roll the second into a circle. Place the dough base on the parchment.

Brush with natural good tomato ketchup.

Sprinkle with cheese. It's best to just crumble it.

Add grated hard cheese.
