Those same cheeses, real ones! And the recipe is so simple that even a novice cook can handle it.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Cottage cheese 200 g
Eggs 1 pc
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch.
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl with sugar and mash well with a fork.
Add egg and stir again.
Add flour and salt.
Stir into a homogeneous mass.
Form small balls and flatten them, roll in flour.
Fry on both sides in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, 3-4 minutes each.
Put the finished curds on a dish.
Our delicious curds are ready. Serve with sour cream.
