Champignons with sour cream

Champignons with sour cream, this is the easiest way to cook and taste delicious mushrooms with sour cream. And, most importantly, this can be done almost at any time of the year.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Fresh champignons

Sour cream 10% fat. 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the mushrooms into quarters, finely chop the onion.

Fry onions with mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream, salt and pepper.

Warm up well. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
