Recommended! Potatoes are an original, inexpensive and easy-to-prepare dish that will look spectacular on any table.
Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes
Potatoes 5-6 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Flour 300 g
1/2 cup water
Dill and parsley
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Peel the potatoes, add cold water, salt and cook until tender.
Drain water, ceiling.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, fry for 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
Add to potatoes. Mix well.
Add salt to the water, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and, gradually adding flour, knead the dough.
Knead the dough well and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer.
Cut into squares.
Lay out the filling and, folding the edges, pinch.
Cook in a double boiler for 15-20 minutes. Put on a dish, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with black pepper and finely chopped herbs.
