Frozen vegetables in a pan

Quickly cooked vegetables, this is a delicious and healthy dinner. You can make such a freeze yourself in the summer, and enjoy delicious vegetables in the winter.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Fresh frozen vegetables 500 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Defrost vegetables a little so that they do not stick to each other.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add vegetables.

Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt at the very end of cooking.

Arrange on plates.

Frozen vegetables in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
