Baked meat with potatoes and cheese

Oven-baked meat and potatoes with a crispy cheese crust, a hearty and easy-to-prepare dish that will win any man.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork pulp 300 g

Potatoes 5-7 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Cheese 100 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into small slices and beat off.

Season with salt and pepper. Place in an even layer in a baking dish.

Put finely chopped onion on the meat. Add 3-4 tbsp. spoons of water.

Then a layer of thin potato slices.

Salt a little. Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Take out and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in the oven until golden brown.

Cut into portions and serve, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
