Loaf toasts with egg

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Cut the loaf into slices.

Break eggs into a bowl.

Add 1 pinch of salt.

Beat eggs and salt well with a fork.

Dip the loaf slices into the egg mass on both sides.

Fry in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, 1-2 minutes.
