Italian pizza

Ever wanted to make an authentic Italian pizza? Then this recipe will come in handy.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken breast (fillet) 1 pc

Mozzarella 150 g

Black olives 5-8 pcs

Fresh champignons 2-3 pcs

Paprika to taste

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Bacon 50 g

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Flour 2 stack.

Fast-acting dry yeast 1 tsp.

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Warm water 250 ml

Tomatoes in their own juice 400 g

Dried basil 3 tbsp l.

Lemon 1 pc

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Pre-marinate the chicken breast in a mixture of paprika, garlic, vegetable oil and salt. Fry on both sides in a grill pan (you can use a regular one).

Dissolve salt, yeast and olive oil in water. Sift the flour and make a depression. Pour water and yeast into the well and knead the dough. Knead the dough well until smooth. Remove under the plastic and let rise.

Prepare the pizza sauce. Kill with a blender 400 grams of tomato in its own juice, 3 tablespoons of basil, salt and pepper to taste, juice of 1 lemon. Evaporate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Finely chop the bell pepper.

Roll out the dough in a circle. Put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable or olive oil.

Grease the dough with sauce, leaving the sides. Sprinkle with finely chopped bell pepper.

Cut the chicken breast into slices. Put on pizza.

Tear the bacon by hand, cut the champignons into slices, cut the olives in half and distribute evenly over the pizza.

Grate mozzarella and sprinkle on pizza.

Bake in the oven at 250C for about 10 minutes, until the cheese "boils". Italian pizza is ready.
