Chicken breast or 2 medium fillets 1 pc
Walnuts 30 g
Table mustard 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Cherry tomatoes for decoration
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken fillet into layers. Rub with salt and leave for 20 minutes.
Place the walnuts in a blender bowl and chop.
Add mayonnaise and mustard to chopped walnuts. Mix.
Fillet layers are well smeared with nut paste.
Wrap the fillets inward and chop with toothpicks.
Put on a baking sheet and grease a little with vegetable oil.
Bake the chicken breast in the oven at 180 degrees C for 3-35 minutes. Cool the finished chicken breast a little, remove the toothpicks.
Cut the chicken breast into slices. Place on a platter, garnish with lettuce, herbs and cherry tomatoes.
