Country style potatoes with garlic

Country style potatoes with garlic, these are baked potatoes in the oven with subtle hints of garlic. These slices can be served as a separate dish and as a side dish for meat or fish.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 400 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Dried garlic 1 tsp


Peel and rinse 400 grams of potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Mix 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of dry garlic in a bowl. Stir the potato wedges with salt, garlic and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Place the potatoes on a lined baking sheet with foil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Rustic potatoes with garlic are ready. Put potatoes on a dish and garnish with parsley.
