Pasta with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce, this is a very tasty dish that is easy to prepare and a great occasion to gather everyone at one table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Water 1.5 l
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cream 10% fat. 200 ml
Fresh champignons 150 g
Cheese 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry 200 grams of chicken fillet. Cut the chicken fillet into small strips. Finely chop the onion
Cut 150 grams of fresh champignons into slices.
Add finely chopped onion and fry for 1 minute.
Add the sliced chicken fillet in strips. Fry the chicken fillet with onions, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of dried garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 3-4 minutes.
Add 200 ml of cream, reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Boil 1, 5 liters of water and salt. Add 400 grams of TM "Aleika" pasta to boiling water. Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the finished pasta in a colander and drain.
Add hot pasta to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
Add 50 grams of grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.
Arrange pasta on bowls.
