Olga salad

This playful and tempting Olga salad will make a splash on your festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Croutons 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves 1-2 pcs

Salt to taste


Boil chicken fillet and eggs until tender and cool, peel the eggs.

Dice the chicken and eggs into a bowl.

Add diced cucumbers and grated cheese.

Add pressed garlic, finely chopped dill and mayonnaise. Stir the salad.

Add croutons and stir before serving.

Put in a salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
