New Year's puff salad "Bychok"

There are very few days left before the onset of the new 2021. It's time to plan a holiday menu. It is impossible to imagine a New Year's table without numerous salads, beautifully and unusually decorated. We suggest you prepare a meat salad with chicken and mushrooms in the shape of the face of the owner of the coming year - a metal bull.

The salad is collected in layers, so a fatty mayonnaise is needed. As the main meat component, you can use chicken fillet or poultry thigh pulp. Any fresh mushrooms are suitable for the salad.

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, cut into small pieces.

Peel and chop onions.

Fry the onions with mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil, salt and pepper and cool.

Boil the potatoes, cool. Peel and grate on a coarse grater. Place a layer of potatoes in the form of a bull's face on a serving plate. Salt the potatoes, season with mayonnaise.

Put mushrooms and onions on top, apply a net of mayonnaise.

Boil the chicken in salted water, cool, remove the bones. Cut the meat into small cubes, lay out the next layer. Repeat mayonnaise mesh.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes with a side size of 0.5 cm, put on a salad.

Grate the mozzarella with a fine grater, put on the salad, distribute evenly over the entire surface.

Cut "ears" from sweet bell pepper.

Form "eyebrows", "horns", "eyes" from the bread. Make "pupils" from the olive.

Make holes in the sausage with a cocktail tube. Insert the parsley sprig ring. Place the sausage on the salad.

It is recommended that the New Year's dish be infused for 10 minutes at room temperature before consumption.

When decorating a face, you can improvise - use any edible ingredients: pieces of cheese, bread, sausage, vegetables and olives. Puff chicken and cheese salad in the shape of a bull is a delicious preface to a festive feast.
