Butter dough with dry yeast

This recipe will help you make dry yeast dough for buns. All that remains is to choose the shape and filling.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 600 g

Sugar 50 g

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp


Pour 300 milliliters of warm milk into a bowl, add vegetable oil and sugar.

Add salt and half flour.

Add dry yeast to a bowl.

Mix well and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Add the other half of the flour to the bowl.

Knead the dough.

Leave the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

Butter dough is ready. You can make delicious rolls.
