Svetlana salad is a light, delicate and very tasty salad. "Svetlana" will delight you with its taste and lightness.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Crab sticks 100 g
Cheese 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Apples 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Lettuce to taste
Boil eggs, cool and peel. Cut the crab sticks into cubes in a bowl.
Peel the apple and remove the seeds.
Add grated cheese, grated egg whites, diced apple and mayonnaise.
Stir the salad and place in nice glasses with a leaf of lettuce.
Decorate with grated yolks on top.
The salad is ready and can be served.
