Every housewife must have a proven recipe for making pizza dough without yeast.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Sour cream 100 g
Flour 200 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp.
In a bowl, combine sour cream and vegetable oil.
Add flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl of sour cream.
Use a fork to knead the dough in a bowl.
Stir in flour and knead the elastic dough.
Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts, roll each into a thin layer (pizza base).
The yeast-free pizza dough is ready. The dough can be frozen for future use in balls, or rolled out and stacked on top of each other, covering each base with parchment.
