Universal dough for pies with dry yeast, from which you can make delicious filled pies.
Cooking time 1 hour
Flour 600-700 g
Milk 500 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 10 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Add dry yeast and sugar to a bowl of warm milk.
Leave the mixture on for 20 minutes.
Add vegetable oil and salt to a bowl. Mix.
Add flour, after sifting it through a sieve, and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film, having previously greased it with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to the film.
Leave the dough to rise for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil, crush the dough well. Repeat again and stand for 20 minutes.
The dough for pies with dry yeast is ready, you can start forming pies with your favorite filling.
