Yeast dough in vegetable oil

Yeast dough in vegetable oil is perfect for large pies, pies, baked or fried buns.

Ingredients

Flour 600 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Dry yeast 10 g

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Heat 400 ml of milk in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 10 grams of dry yeast.

Leave on for 15 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 100 ml of vegetable oil.

Add 600-700 grams of flour.

Knead the yeast dough in vegetable oil in a bowl.

Leave the kneaded dough for 30 minutes, covered with cling film.
