Dough for dumplings

Properly prepared dough for dumplings is the key to delicious and beautiful dumplings.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Flour 500 g

Water 200 ml

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Mix water, egg and butter in a bowl.

Add sifted flour and salt.

Add flour to a bowl of liquid ingredients and knead the dough. Stir with your hands from bottom to top.

Put the "shaggy" lump on the table and crush it a little with your hands. (There will be a suspicion that this is not realistic to do, but it is not :)

Wrap the dough for dumplings in a bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Take the dough out of the bag and that's it, the dough for dumplings is ready!
