Dumplings dough

Delicious dumplings are easy to prepare. This quick recipe will help you make elastic dumplings for large and small dumplings.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 400 g

Hot water 200 ml

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 20 ml

Salt 1/2 tsp


Break an egg into a bowl of hot water, add oil.

Beat the egg and water immediately with a fork.

Sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt and in a circular motion add the egg, water and vegetable oil.

Knead tough dough quickly.

Roll a dough ball, put in a bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

The dumplings are ready. Use as directed.
