A light and simple Chinese cabbage vegetable salad can be made every day. And you can safely include it in your lean menu.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Peking cabbage swing 1/2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the head of cabbage and disassemble into sheets.
Chop soft and tender leaves into a bowl.
Add grated carrots.
Add chopped cucumber and chopped onion in half rings.
Salad, season with oil and stir.
Put on plates.
