Chicken and tomato salad

A simple and delicious chicken and tomato salad that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Tomato 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Hard cheese 30 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Dried garlic 1 pinch

Lettuce leaves 3-4 pcs

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry 200 grams of chicken fillet.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.

Fry fillets in a pan for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of dried garlic.

Dice 2 tomatoes and bell peppers into a bowl.

Add chicken fillet and chopped lettuce to a bowl.

Add 30 grams of grated cheese.

Stir and place in portioned salad bowls.

Salad with chicken and tomatoes is ready. Can be served at the table.
