Fresh cabbage and green peas salad

A simple salad of fresh cabbage and green peas to add to your diet.

Cooking time 15 minutes


White cabbage 200 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Rinse vegetables, dry. Rinse the greens, peel the bell peppers.

Chop the cabbage into a bowl.

Add chopped fresh cucumber and bell pepper.

Add finely chopped dill and green peas.

Gently mix vegetables, salt to taste and season with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Arrange salad on plates.

Fresh cabbage and green peas salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
