Enchanted Salad

The Enchanted salad is bright colors of taste and fabulous magic.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Korean carrots 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Prunes 100 g

Walnuts 50 g

Mayonnaise 5 tbsp l.


Rinse 300 g of chicken fillet. Boil until tender and cool.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Soak 100 g of prunes and chop finely.

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet into a bowl.

Add 100 g of grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix.

Place the chicken and cheese on a platter with a serving ring.

Lay out a layer of chopped prunes.

Put 200 g of Korean carrots.

Lay out a layer of grated eggs.

Brush a layer of eggs with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Place 50 g of chopped walnuts on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove serving ring and decorate as desired.

The Enchanted salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
