Salad in a cheese bag

Grate the cheese and melt in a dry frying pan.

Remove the cake and put on a glass. The cake must be plastic.

Cut the ham into strips. Boil eggs, cool, peel and crumble. Combine ham, capers and eggs. Season with mayonnaise.

Place in a cheese basket and pinch the edges, wrap with a feather onion.

Decorate with herbs.
