This delicate and delicious salad with chicken, pineapple and prunes will become a welcome guest on any festive table, and it is quite easy to prepare it.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned pineapple 200 g
Prunes 100 g
Baltic cheese 100 g
Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Boil chicken fillet until tender, cool.
Add pressed garlic and finely chopped prunes.
Add grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Add large pineapple cubes.
Stir and refrigerate before serving.
Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.
