A quick, tasty and simple cucumber salad that you can make anytime.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Fresh cucumber 2 pcs
Bell pepper 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse cucumbers and herbs. Peel the onions and peppers.
Chop peppers and cucumbers into a bowl.
Add chopped red onion and finely chopped greens in half rings.
Season with salt and vegetable oil.
Transfer the salad to a salad bowl.
Cucumber salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
