Ingredients
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Parmesan cheese 20 g
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Adjika 1 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Yogurt 2 tbsp l.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Preparation
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
In a bowl, combine one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of adjika.
Salt the chicken fillet well and brush with a mixture of olive oil and adjika.
Cover the fillet with cling film and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown. Over low heat, under a lid, bring the chicken fillet until cooked for 5-7 minutes.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
Chop fresh cucumber and green onions into a bowl.
Add chopped chicken and grated cheese to a bowl of cucumbers.
Season the salad with yogurt and stir.
Corfu chicken and cucumber salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
