Fresh vegetable salad with chicken, croutons and cheese for your table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Bell pepper 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Bread rusks to taste
Green salad leaves 4-5 pcs
Parmesan cheese 20 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Adjika 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Salt well. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of adjika.
Brush the chicken fillet with the mixture.
Cover with foil and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Bring until tender over low heat, covered, 5-7 minutes.
Cut fresh cucumber and bell pepper into slices into a bowl.
Add the sliced chicken and the sliced lettuce.
Add white bread croutons.
Stir and put on a platter, season with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Chicken and croutons salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
