A simple lean fresh vegetable salad with canned peas for a lean table. Servings Per Container - 3.
Cooking time 20 minutes
White cabbage 200 g
Canned green peas 100 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry vegetables and herbs, remove sluggish leaves from cabbage.
Chop the cabbage into a bowl.
Add sliced cucumbers and finely chopped dill.
Add green peas.
Season with salt and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Lean salad with cabbage and cucumber is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
