Spring salad with chicken, beets and cheese for a wonderful festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Raisins 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Beet 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Soak the raisins in boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Dry.
Boil, cool and peel the beets.
In a bowl, combine grated beets and finely chopped chicken fillet.
Add grated eggs and grated cheese.
Add raisins and mayonnaise.
Salt to taste and stir.
Place in salad bowls and decorate as desired.
Spring salad with chicken is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
