Vegetable salad "Lenten" with butter

A quick lean vegetable salad with vegetable oil for your lean table.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Fresh cucumber 2-3 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Olives (pitted) 10-12 pcs

Red onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Rinse the vegetables, peel the onions.

Cut cucumbers and bell peppers into slices into a bowl. Cut the onion into half rings.

Add chopped pitted olives, finely chopped dill.

Season the salad with vegetable oil, mix and salt to taste. Transfer to a salad bowl.

Vegetable salad "Lenten" with butter is ready. Can be served with a lean table.
