Warm salad with pasta and Provencal chicken

This warm, aromatic pasta salad with chicken and cherry tomatoes is perfect for a romantic dinner or a festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Cherry tomatoes 100 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dried Provencal herbs 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Rub with salt and a mixture of Provencal herbs.

Fry in a pan with TM "Aleika" vegetable oil on each side for 5-6 minutes.

Dip the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Chop greens, cut cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Add 2 tablespoons of Aleika TM vegetable oil, a couple of drops of lemon juice and a pinch of dry herbs to a bowl.

Throw the pasta in a colander and season with lemon oil. Leave warm under the lid.

Transfer the pasta to a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes and herbs.

Add warm, chopped chicken.

Stir and place on plates or salad bowl.

Warm salad with pasta and Provencal chicken is ready. Can be served at the table.
