Ingredients

White cabbage 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Sugar 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp l.

Preparation

Peel the vegetables.

Chop the cabbage into a bowl, grate the carrots and cut the pepper into strips.

Add salt and sugar.

Stir the salad well and mash a little with your hands. Add vinegar and stir.

Put in a salad bowl and season with vegetable oil.
