Delicious and easy to prepare salad with beets and corn that can be prepared even on fast days.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 2 pcs
Beet 1 pc
Canned corn 100 g
Dill 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil beets and potatoes, cool and peel.
Cut the beets into cubes, salt and season with vegetable oil.
Dice the potatoes and mix in a bowl with the corn.
Add finely chopped dill.
Add the beets and stir the salad.
Put in a salad bowl and serve.
