Lightly salted herring 1 pc
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Beet 1 pc
Eggs 2-3 pcs
Sour apple 1 pc
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, cool and peel.
Boil and peel the beets.
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Peel the herring and cut the fillets into small cubes.
Put the herring in a salad bowl with the bottom layer, then grate the peeled apple.
Put a layer of grated potatoes and salt a little.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Layer a layer of grated carrots and brush with mayonnaise.
Put a layer of grated beets and brush with mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Sprinkle with grated eggs and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
