Spring vegetable salad

Spring vegetable salad with light dressing is a quick, simple and tasty way to prepare spring salad.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Tomato 2 pcs

Cucumbers 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Parsley (greens) to taste

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse the cucumber and tomatoes, peel the garlic.

Dice vegetables into a bowl.

Add pressed garlic and lemon juice to a bowl of butter.

Add finely chopped greens to a bowl of vegetables, season with salad and salt to taste.

Stir the salad.

Put in salad bowls.
