Fish salad "Northern Lights"

The Northern Lights Fish Salad is a delicate salad with canned herring that your guests will surely enjoy.

Eggs 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Canned herring 200 g


Remove all bones from the fish and mash with a fork.

Add finely chopped dill and mayonnaise. Boil and peel eggs.

Grate eggs on a fine grater into the salad. Stir and salt to taste.

Place on a plate using a serving ring.

Decorate as desired and serve for the festive table.
