For the new year, you always want something new and tasty, simple and impressive. The "New Year's Blues" salad is just that and you still have time for other sweets.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned pineapple 100 g
Canned corn 100 g
Ham 100 g
Cheese 50 g
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Lettuce to taste
Parsley (greens) to taste
Mandarin to taste
Salt to taste
Place the corn and the diced pineapple in a bowl.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.
Add diced ham and grated cheese.
Add diced chicken fillet and mayonnaise. Stir and salt to taste.
Place the salad on a platter and garnish with a sprig of parsley and a slice of tangerine.
