Leto salad with cheese

Salad with fresh tomatoes, olives, delicate cheese and herbs, just delicious!

Cooking time 10 minutes


Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs

Pitted black olives 10-12 pcs

Salted cheese 50 g

Lemon 1/4 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse the tomatoes, dry the olives from the marinade. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Rinse green onions and parsley, dry. Prepare a lemon wedge.

In a bowl, fold the chopped tomatoes, olives and cheese into cubes in quarters.

Add chopped onions and parsley.

Season with salt to taste and add ground pepper. Season with lemon juice and olive oil.

Place the salad on plates and serve.
