Greek salad

An impeccable combination of vegetables and delicate feta cheese. It is not for nothing that this delicious salad is so popular all over the world.

Cooking time 15 minutes

Ingredients

Feta cheese 100 g

Green lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Bulb onion 1 pc

Canned black olives 20 g

Lemon juice 1/2 pc

Basil to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Olive oil

Preparation

Cut the cucumber, tomato, pepper into large cubes and the onion into rings. Leave the olives intact.

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and basil.

Put coarsely torn lettuce leaves on a plate.

Mix vegetables with sauce and put on salted leaves. Top with large cubes of feta cheese. The Greek salad is ready.
