Salad with crab sticks, olives and croutons

Cut the baguette into slices and then into small pieces. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the olives and the diced crab sticks.

Add chopped eggs, corn.

Add rice pre-cooked until tender and season with mayonnaise.

Stir well and place in a large serving dish. Pick the lettuce leaves by hand and add to the salad along with the croutons.

Stir gently before serving, arrange on plates and serve.
