Donato radish salad is a fresh, light and very easy to prepare delicious salad with egg pancakes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Radish 5-7 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Arugula 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Provencal mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Beat the egg with mayonnaise in a bowl.
Preheat a frying pan and brush with vegetable oil. Pour the egg mass and cook for a couple of minutes. Cool well.
Peel the radish and cut into slices.
Combine radishes, chopped peppers and well-washed arugula.
Season with a little salt and oil.
Add chopped omelet and stir.
