Delicious and hearty salad in an original serving. Show your imagination and delight your guests with your own version of the "Monkey" salad with an individual author's design.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Baltic cheese 100 g
Potatoes 2 pcs
Canned corn 2 tbsp l.
Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp l.
Put boiled grated potatoes in the first layer on a dish in the shape of a face with ears.
Grease a little with mayonnaise and lay out the second layer of boiled, finely chopped chicken fillet.
Grease with mayonnaise and salt a little.
Put the grated cheese in the third layer.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Cover the entire face with boiled grated egg whites.
Highlight the area of the nose and eyes with corn. Make eyes, nose and mouth from boiled vegetables, or as your imagination tells you.
The Monkey salad is ready for the New Year 2016. Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and serve at the New Year's table.
